I read all of the reviews and I went there with very low expectations. However my bed was brand new my room was clean and the breakfast was amazing it was real food items and they stayed late and open so that I could have a wonderful visit with my mother.

Relatively quiet, very close to airport, some planes can be heard and seen overhead coming into land, but not too bad though. I had a room that had an exit to the outside as well as one into the hallway, a good feature as this is a large hotel, not all rooms have outdoor exits. Glad it was also pet friendly.

Great hotel room, nice complementary goods such as soap, shampoo/body wash and tea. I ordered food and delivery driver was able to find room easily. The staff were very helpful at the time of arrival. I had a early flight to catch and I enjoyed how close the airport commute was.

It was clean and simple. Our room was right beside the bar, but we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. The parking outside the room was great. The staff were friendly and polite. The heater in the bathroom was awesome. I wish all hotels had a separate heater for the bathroom.

The staff was very welcoming and comforting. Gave us a room which was better than when we visited there a week before, which made us understand that the staff matters a lot in customer experience. Except that it was a great experience.

I liked that we could park right outside the room, with access to the parking with a “back door.” We were able to sit outside our room and watch the planes fly overhead and the dusk settle over the Sleeping Giant. Great way to end a 9 hour road trip 😊

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was nice, spacious, cleaned and beds were confy. WIFI speed was good. I parked my car infront of my room.

I absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Our room was absolutely stunning and spacious with so many fantastic features. The staff are incredibly pleasant. Would certainly stay here every time.

The room was ok, the bed was comfy and the location was very convenient. There is no elevator in the building so I had to take my stuff by hand. Also, I stayed 3 days and during that time no one come to take garbage or clean the room, or change towels. I wasn't sure if the staff was supposed to do it or not while the guests are there. I didn't ask as I am not messy :)
